Exchange
The most common reason for returning an item is receiving the wrong size. We advise and encourage you to take your measurements carefully so your order will reflect the right size. This in turn will save CO2 emissions caused by extra logistics if the product needs to be changed. If you would love to change the product, don’t worry: we have a 15 days exchange policy. Please follow the following guidelines:
- Send us an e-mail to returns@wuuls.org with the subject EXCHANGE and please write the following information to the e-mail:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Order number
- The reason why you want to change the item + the product and size you would like to receive instead ( if the new size you’ll choose is out of stock, we can make a refund, shipping costs excluded )
We’ll answer to your e-mail within two working days and inform you when the new item will be shipped to you.
Kindly pack your order back to the original packaging and wait for the courier to pick up the parcel.
We’ll send you a return invoice worth 9,99 € and invoice the logistic cost for the new item’s delivery.
Return
After you have received your order, you have 15 days to return your purchase. Send us an e-mail at returns@wuuls.org with the subject RETURN and please write the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
- The reason why you want to return the item
- Order number
We’ll answer to your e-mail within two working days and give you instructions.
Kindly pack your order to its original packaging and wait for the courier to pick up the parcel.
Please note that the shipping costs of your original order are non-refundable.
Shipping
We are a small family reality and try to treat all orders with great commitment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will immediately get to work to process your order as quickly as possible but we could take up to 2 working days. “The expected increase in desire, or at least we hope so”
